To most people, the back is a blind spot, even a weakness. But for Guinevere, it was not like that at all.
After repelling Olivia with the dragon tail behind her, Guinevere turned around again.
"Interesting teleportation ability. Its range is quite large. But what if my Dragon Might permeates the entire field?"
Guinevere flew up as she spoke, quickly reaching the highest point of the field, her back against the ceiling.
She looked down at the ground, and a terrifying Dragon Might immediately radiated from her body, covering the entire field below in an extremely violent manner. This time, truly no blind spot was left.
In that instant, Sybil, Melanie, and the others also felt the intense Dragon Might acting upon them.
Sybil was fine; with her strength, resisting this Dragon Might was no problem, and she could stand there normally, but a hint of surprise appeared on her face.
Because she truly felt the power of this Dragon Might. If she weren't an Evolver, she might have found it difficult to endure even this pressure.
This was evident from the others. Including Melanie, the many transcendents in Guinevere's team collapsed to the ground with a thud, unable even to make a move to prop themselves up.
At the same time, expressions of pain appeared on their faces. Everyone felt as if they were being crushed by a massive mountain, making even moving a finger extremely difficult.
This pressure was simply too intense.
Under these circumstances, Olivia naturally felt immense pressure, and her body bent down uncontrollably.
At this critical moment, her left eye twitched violently, and then a streak of crimson emerged from it.
In an instant, her left eye turned an eerie color. From the red pupil, a strong sense of oppression also radiated, enveloping a large surrounding area.
In this situation, the Dragon Might emitted by Guinevere was neutralized on the spot by Olivia.
She straightened her body and stood there, no longer affected in the slightest.
"What powerful Dragon Might. Truly impressive."
Olivia tilted her head back, looking at Guinevere with her heterochromatic eyes—one gold and one red.
Floating there, Guinevere's eyes couldn't help but reveal a hint of surprise.
To her, Olivia appeared as eerie as could be. Even her temperament had changed drastically from before, with a wicked charm permeating the air.
Realizing her Dragon Might had lost its effect, Guinevere immediately increased its concentration, gathering the various forces of Dragon Might together to exert them solely upon Olivia.
In that moment, Olivia felt the pressure once again.
But under this pressure, the crimson in her eye became increasingly vivid, as if the bright red were about to turn into actual blood and drip down.
The pressure from both sides collided, creating a sense of distortion in the surrounding space, as if the entire world were about to warp because of it.
This scene left the few spectators in the field inwardly shocked.
Was this how mid-level class rank transcendents were supposed to perform?
Whether it was Olivia or Guinevere, the power displayed by both was far too outrageous to the onlookers.
Having watched Olivia grow with her own eyes, Melanie's gaze was filled with even more complex emotions.
Finally, a trace of blood trickled down from Olivia's left eye.
In this collision of wills, she inevitably fell into a disadvantage.
However, this wasn't the best way to deal with Guinevere in the first place.
According to the advice provided by the magic mirror, as long as Guinevere wasn't using wide-area indiscriminate Dragon Might suppression, she should simply use the teleportation function to leave her original position.
If the opponent used wide-area indiscriminate Dragon Might for suppression, it wouldn't be concentrated enough to affect her.
Thus, teleporting away was the most correct course of action at this moment.
However, Olivia hadn't forgotten the purpose of her duel with Guinevere. She wanted to experience what kind of strength a true Protagonist of the Era possessed, so she deliberately stayed to endure that intense Dragon Might.
And now, she had experienced the power belonging to a Protagonist of the Era.
Furthermore, she discovered that under this immense pressure, her left eye seemed to be undergoing some kind of change.
But now was not the time to study such changes.
Feeling like she was about to reach her limit, Olivia immediately used her teleportation ability, appearing in another location in a flash.
Seeing this, Guinevere immediately shifted the concentrated Dragon Might toward her.
But this concentrated Dragon Might couldn't keep up with Olivia's pace. She flashed repeatedly, dodging all the pressure.
This forced Guinevere to release the Dragon Might in a wide-area coverage once more, leaving Olivia with nowhere to hide.
In this situation, the pressure Olivia felt suddenly became much lighter.
She stood calmly on the spot, stretching her body with ease.
"As expected of a Protagonist of the Era recognized by the Church Council. It seems I can't do anything to you at all."
Seeing this, Guinevere couldn't help but sigh in admiration again.
Olivia said with a smile, "That's because you haven't truly gone all out. Otherwise, the trouble I'd be facing wouldn't just be this."
She wasn't just being polite. Through the magic mirror, she knew exactly how many tricks Guinevere had up her sleeve; at this moment, Guinevere indeed hadn't gone all out.
If Guinevere were to go all out, she might not be able to hold back, and it was hard to say what the outcome would be.
At the very least, the current field likely couldn't withstand Guinevere's full power, and significant damage would probably occur within the cathedral.
However, Guinevere's class rank was Skywalker, while Olivia was still only a Domainist; they were one class rank apart.
Guinevere looked at Olivia with a smile. "You should have a clear sense of a Protagonist of the Era's strength by now, right? Can we really call it a day?"
Olivia nodded. "Of course. Thank you very much for your help."
After speaking, both withdrew their pressure, and Olivia's eye returned to its original golden color.
As she recovered, Olivia also asked the magic mirror in her heart. She felt that some mutation had occurred in her left eye and wanted to know what was going on.
