Chapter 2 | Run! The Female Sword Immortal's Second Personality Has Woken Up

Sima Kong's dog-like eyes swept lecherously up and down Bai Zhirou's exquisite, curvaceous figure as he greedily licked his lips.

As for Su Yanhong, who was lying in a pool of blood nearby, he didn't even spare her a glance.

Instead of being angry in the slightest, his eyes lit up with excitement as if he had discovered some peerless treasure:

“Yo, quite the feisty one, aren't we? I love nothing more than taming wild fillies like you!”

Saying this, he gave the thick hemp rope in his hand a violent tug.

A chorus of weeping instantly echoed from behind him as several other abducted young girls were dragged in like livestock.

Their hair was soaking wet, and they were wrapped only in tight bath towels, their pretty faces pale with terror.

One tall woman gritted her teeth, her beautiful eyes burning with anger as she snapped:

“Sima Kong! How dare you treat us like this! The Azure Mystic Sect will never let you get away with this!”

Sima Kong sneered. He slammed the door shut behind him with a loud bang, his face filled with disdain and mockery:

“A few mere prospective disciples. Do you really think the sect would mobilize its forces over you? Besides, who's going to know I did it?”

“You...!”

The tall woman was at a loss for words, her entire body trembling with rage.

Sima Kong rubbed his hands together, his dog-like eyes sweeping shamelessly over the girls' fair, exposed skin. He leered:

“My darlings, let's have some fun together!”

Jiang Ye grumbled in his mind:

“Huh? What happened to ancient traditions? Jumping straight into an orgy? Talk about a toad hugging a frog—ugly as sin but knows how to party!”

Jiang Ye didn't feel like wasting a single breath on this small fry, stepping forward with his sword raised.

Sima Kong looked relaxed.

A weak mortal girl, even with a sword in her hand, posed absolutely no threat to him.

Without a second thought, he grinned lecherously and reached out to grab her chest.

But in the next second, Jiang Ye dodged with absolute fluidity—sidestepping, slashing, thrusting upward, sweeping diagonally, and executing a rolling dash!

Not only did Sima Kong fail to touch a single hair on her head, but he suddenly felt a sharp sting. Looking down, he realized several deep cuts had already been sliced across his chest and thighs.

Infuriated, he instantly abandoned his playful attitude. Drawing a magic longsword from his spatial ring, his true qi surged as he hacked toward Jiang Ye.

But as the fight continued, his expression shifted from anger to shock, and finally, to endless horror.

For he realized that no matter how he swung, his longsword couldn't even graze the hem of his opponent's clothes!

Jiang Ye muttered excitedly as he fought:

“Holy crap! This fresh account is insane! I'm chipping him down so fast!”

Drenched in blood, Sima Kong was forced back step by step.

Turning pale, he retreated to create some distance, raising his hand to pull out a golden, glowing talisman from his spatial ring.

Seeing this, Jiang Ye didn't panic at all. Instead, his lips curled into a mocking grin:

“I've been waiting for this exact move!”

Before Sima Kong could channel the spiritual energy in his body to activate the talisman,

a longsword lunged forward as if possessing precognition.

Pfft!

It pierced straight through the palm of his right hand.

As an absurd existence who had ranked first on Jiang Ye's “must-kill list” for all nine of his previous playthroughs,

some might ask: why was he number one?

To put it in layman's terms, this guy's sheer level of obnoxiousness in the game was on par with Yin Zhiping from The Return of the Condor Heroes.

No matter which character you chose, this guy would always show up in the later story to harass your favorite NPCs. Anyone who could hold back from killing him had to have the legendary tolerance of a “Ninja Turtle.”

Even though nothing carried over between playthroughs—no gear, no levels, only special CGs and hidden storylines for different characters—

Jiang Ye's ritual at the start of every single run was to fast-forward here just to send this small fry to the afterlife.

Thus, no one was more familiar with every single move of this elite mob than he was.

This specific hand raise meant the mob was about to activate a Foundation Establishment-grade defensive talisman. If he didn't interrupt it within that 0.5-second window, the difficulty of chipping away at his health later would at least double!

“Aaaargh!!”

Sima Kong shrieked in agony. With his right palm pierced by the sword, the talisman slipped from his grasp and fell to the floor.

With a distorted, furious expression, he swung his left arm to fling his longsword straight at Jiang Ye's face. Jiang Ye simply sidestepped, easily dodging it.

Taking advantage of this opening, Sima Kong endured the pain to pull his right hand free from the sword. Instantly, a massive cloud of pink mist erupted from his right palm.

In an instant, the entire room was filled with a thick, dizzying pink mist.

“Damn, this move again.”

Usually, interrupting this elite mob's defensive talisman would trigger one of his various ultimate moves.

Once the pink mist appeared, it meant the guy was preparing to flee.

Normally, dispelling this mist only required a basic Barrier-Breaking Talisman, but since he had sequence-broken his way in, where on earth was he supposed to get one?

At that moment, the brilliant wisdom of a veteran player instantly kicked in.

Jiang Ye cleared his throat and yelled:

“Are you even a man, you weakling? You can't even beat a weak girl like me! If I were your dad, I would've just held it in back then and spat you on the wall!”

Deep within the pink mist, Sima Kong's hand froze just as it touched the door lock. His pale face instantly turned the color of pig liver.

“You bitch...”

Before he could finish his threat, a longsword was already pointed directly at his back, its sharp tip lightly piercing his skin and drawing a thin trickle of blood.

Only then did Jiang Ye's mocking voice ring out:

“Gotcha, weakling.”

...

A moment later, the pink, aphrodisiac mist gradually dispersed.

The bound young girls in the back now had their mouths wide open, their eyes nearly popping out of their heads.

For from the moment the door was kicked open to the end of the fight, barely dozens of breaths had passed! Sima Kong had basically been pinned to the ground and utterly thrashed!

This was especially true for the tall woman, as she was the one who had represented the sect in visiting Bai Zhirou's village and personally tested her spiritual root.

Staring at the scene before her, her mind went completely blank as she muttered under her breath:

“No... that's impossible. She was clearly a mortal with absolutely no spiritual energy when I tested her yesterday. How can she... beat Sima Kong, who is at Qi Condensation Level 9, like a dead dog?!”

At this moment, the most shocked person was none other than Bai Zhirou herself.

When she watched Jiang Ye charge forward earlier, she thought she was completely finished. On the day she was captured two days ago, she had witnessed those powerful senior brothers being slaughtered like wheat by two evil cultivators clad in black.

Before she could even process what was happening, she had been knocked unconscious and brought here. That woman named Su Yanhong had thrown her directly into a bath, telling her to clean herself up and wait to be favored by the young master.

Just then, her uncontrolled body spoke, its voice indifferent:

“Undo their restrictions. Otherwise, you die.”

Sima Kong raised both hands, quickly begging for mercy:

“Don't... don't do anything reckless! My father is an elder of the Yin-Yang Sect, a Foundation Establishment powerhouse! If you dare touch me, my father will never let you off!”

“Undo it.” The longsword pressed down slightly.

“I'll do it! I'll do it! Just promise you won't kill me! I also swear I'll never seek revenge on you, I swear!” Sima Kong shrieked.

“Sure,” Jiang Ye replied half-heartedly.

Hearing the girl's promise, Sima Kong finally trembled as he pulled out a formation plate from his robes. Gritting his teeth, he pinched a few strange hand seals.
