Yes, this was only the first part of the plan; targeting the vast Rose Legion through Third Prince Leopold alone could not be accomplished quickly.
Yet, it was an indispensable link nonetheless.
In short, by the time Third Prince Leopold realized something was wrong, the situation was already beyond repair.
The church took direct action, seizing the Third Prince and escorting him straight to the church headquarters.
As for the rest of the Rose Legion, naturally, not a single one was spared; any who dared to show themselves were either killed in battle or captured.
Throughout this entire process, Olivia acted like a completely uninvolved bystander.
Once she was certain the matter had reached a perfect conclusion, Olivia returned to her original rhythm of life, continuing her role as Miss Stella while waiting for the Rose Legion to contact her.
She knew that such an event would inevitably cause a massive upheaval within the Rose Legion.
Coincidentally, the members of the Rose Legion she had the most contact with had not been involved in this particular incident—people like Esme, Count Gerard, and Thales, the high-level Skywalker.
Therefore, these people were certain to take action in the aftermath.
In fact, that very night, Esme secretly visited Olivia, inviting her to Gerard's estate to discuss the situation.
"What's happened? Why the sudden rush?"
When Esme found her, Olivia feigned complete ignorance, appropriately displaying a mix of curiosity and confusion.
Esme clearly knew what had transpired, her expression exceptionally grave: "Miss Stella, something major has happened—something very, very big, perhaps even terrifying."
Olivia gasped, covering her mouth: "If even you think it's a major event, then it must be something quite significant. But what exactly happened?"
Esme said cautiously, "This isn't the place for talking. Let's go to Lord Gerard's estate."
Olivia nodded.
Kaliron was not as bright tonight as usual; thick clouds blanketed the sky, leaving the crimson moon as nothing more than a faint, blurry outline.
The carriage sped through the dark streets, arriving outside Gerard's estate in short order.
The interior of the manor appeared brightly lit; through the windows, the silhouettes of several people were faintly visible.
Olivia knew this was because many members of the Rose Legion had gathered here.
Following such a monumental disaster, Count Gerard naturally wouldn't summon only her to discuss the matter.
However, Gerard hadn't called everyone he could; he only invited those he was certain would not cause any trouble.
After all, the church had captured many members of the Rose Legion and might interrogate them for information on the others, so contacting members now was a risky endeavor.
After stepping down from the carriage, Olivia followed Esme's hurried pace into the manor.
For this meeting, Olivia did not bring the Solar Pupil Mask, as that forbidden artifact had long since been returned to the church.
However, she wasn't worried about exposure because she had already learned through the magic mirror who would be present today; at the very least, that troublesome Skywalker, Thales, would not be coming.
As for the others, she didn't need a forbidden artifact like the Recognition Mask for her disguise.
As Olivia pushed the door open, the clamor of the hall immediately rushed toward her.
"What are we going to do? Now that this has happened, what can we possibly do?"
"Even that person has been caught. How did this happen? How did the church's intuition suddenly become so sharp?"
"Will we be exposed? So many people were captured, and many of them know our details."
"Should we leave Kaliron for now and find a safe place to stay for a while? To be honest, ever since I heard about this, my nerves have been on edge every second. It's truly unbearable."
"I suspect there's a mole among us. Otherwise, how could this have been exposed? This should have been a highly confidential matter."
"If you think there's a mole, then who is it? Almost everyone who knew about this has been captured."
"Aren't there others who knew about this but didn't participate? The mole must be among them."
"Who are you doubting? At a time like this, don't go planting seeds of suspicion in everyone's hearts. That is definitely not a good thing."
In the hall, many men and women, old and young alike, were arguing about the incident with various expressions, each looking deeply troubled.
After all, this event was truly too significant.
As the actual mole, Olivia watched this scene with a subtle expression. She did her best to control her features, feigning a look of confusion as she looked at Esme beside her.
"What exactly happened? I feel like something isn't right," Olivia asked Esme.
Esme smiled bitterly. "In truth, I don't know much either, only fragments. You should probably go ask Lord Gerard."
Hearing this, Olivia looked into the crowd. Count Gerard was sitting on a sofa, looking silent and somber, not participating in the arguments.
However, his expression was not good, and his eyes even held a hint of gloom.
Olivia walked straight over and asked, "Lord Gerard, what exactly has happened? I'm a bit confused."
When Gerard saw it was Olivia, his expression softened slightly.
He held a great deal of appreciation and high expectations for this member who had recently joined the Rose Legion.
Furthermore, unlike the others, whose potential status as a mole was impossible to judge, Gerard was absolutely certain that Miss Stella could not be the mole.
After all, Miss Stella had only joined the Rose Legion a short time ago and held no power within the organization. She couldn't have known about the deal between the Third Prince and the Time Chamber of Commerce. Since she couldn't have been the mole even if she wanted to be, she was naturally the person who needed to be suspected the least.
Thinking of this, Gerard couldn't help but sigh, saying to Olivia, "Our organization has run into a bit of major trouble. A very important figure and a large number of members have been discovered and captured by the church."
Upon hearing this, Olivia's expression immediately became solemn. "How could such a thing happen? The church's attitude toward us isn't exactly friendly. What should we do next?"
