Chapter 210 | Reincarnated as a Heretical Nun

Praise the Goddess!

After finishing her conversation with Olivia, Sybil entered the Church headquarters through a sacred statue.

With such an event occurring, the Church naturally had to mobilize fully; they could not rely solely on Dawn Cathedral to handle this matter.

The Frederick family was, after all, the royalty of the Holy Kelidos Empire and had existed for a very long time, possessing significant power. It would not be easy for Dawn Cathedral to deal with them alone.

However, this process would not take too long.

The Church's efficiency had always been high. Not long after Sybil went to notify them, one clergyman after another arrived at Dawn Cathedral from the Church headquarters.

This cathedral, located in the Main District, suddenly became bustling with activity.

Countless people began to move toward the Royal Palace in the North District, and Olivia joined the crowd.

Of course, their target was not just the Royal Space; even the Frederick family's informants in Kaliron and the members of the Rose Legion were not spared.

These people had long been discovered, but the Church had previously refrained from acting against them to avoid alerting the enemy. But at this moment, there was no longer any need for the Church to hold back.

Additionally, the Church immediately issued a notice to the public.

"The Frederick family, the royalty of the Holy Kelidos Empire, established the heretical organization known as the Rose Legion, endangering the security of the Empire, defaming the Church, and murdering the innocent... The evidence is conclusive. As of today, the Radiant Light Church announces that the Frederick family is hereby abolished..."

As the relevant notice spread, the vast city of Kaliron felt as if it had been struck by an earthquake. Countless people were shocked by this news.

The confrontation between the Church and the Rose Legion had always existed in the shadows, and few people on the surface had noticed it. Therefore, to the public, this news was extremely sudden.

Now, Kaliron was not only home to ordinary citizens. Because the Frederick family had previously deliberately spread information, people from the Varian Empire, the Moriah Empire, and even various transcendent organizations were still gathered in Kaliron, making the city exceptionally lively.

Upon learning of the Church's notice, these people also widened their eyes in surprise, feeling particularly astonished.

"The dignified royalty has been abolished just like that? This is truly... truly, I don't know what to say."

In the delegation from the Moriah Empire, the leader, Una, had a very complex expression after hearing the news.

Fortunately, in the Moriah Empire, their Moriah family was the sole sovereign and did not wish to be constrained by those transcendent organizations.

"I said it long ago, such an existence as a royal family is unnecessary. It is better to rule the empire directly."

People from the three major transcendent organizations of the Varian Empire were staying together, and one of them whispered this sentiment.

The Varian Empire was ruled directly by the three major transcendent organizations, and they had no need for any royalty at all.

"This matter is not important. The Holy Kelidos Empire has always been dominated by the Radiant Light Church; whoever they support is their business. In comparison, when will Atticus arrive?"

"We can only notify Atticus to come here and help, but we cannot control his actions. Even if he refuses, there is nothing we can do. After all, he is a Protagonist of the Era."

"It is precisely because he is a Protagonist of the Era that he should come. What use are so many protagonists in one era? There will inevitably be a collision between them. And I can see that Kaliron is the stage where the Protagonists of the Era will clash."

"He should be arriving soon, right? It is said that the Moriah family has also sent their favorite of fate, their own Protagonist of the Era."

"It's not just the Moriah family. Word is that a Protagonist of the Era has also appeared in the Time Chamber of Commerce. Not long ago, the Time Chamber of Commerce suffered at the hands of the Radiant Light Church because they were in collusion with the Rose Legion. Do you think their Protagonist of the Era will come to retaliate against the Radiant Light Church?"

"If we're talking about suffering at the hands of the Radiant Light Church, then too many organizations have suffered. Not long ago, Dreamland Paradise and the Twilight Council caused quite a stir, and they each have their own Protagonists of the Era as well."

"The number of Protagonists of the Era is a bit too high. How many of them are truly the protagonists? Some can only be described as stretching the definition; they clearly haven't reached that level, yet they insist on claiming they have."

"There is no need to worry about such things. When the Protagonists of the Era compete on the stage, it will be clear at a glance who is a true protagonist and who is just seeking fame."

"I'm actually looking forward to what happens next in Kaliron."

"Previously, that nun from the Radiant Light Church, Olivia, was considered a Protagonist of the Era by those people from the Moriah family."

"Heh, once Atticus arrives, she will know what a true Protagonist of the Era looks like."

The group from the Varian Empire gathered together, conversing in low voices as the topic gradually shifted in another direction.

...

Amidst the countless discussions, the clergymen of the Radiant Light Church charged into the Frederick family's Royal Space.

Olivia also entered, surrounded by numerous clergymen.

Since they entered the Royal Space with such fanfare, it was naturally impossible for the Frederick family not to notice.

Deep within the city of the Royal Space, an incredibly powerful aura soared into the sky.

Following that, a majestic middle-aged man wearing royal robes flew up.

"Radiant Light Church, what do you think you are doing?"

When they saw this middle-aged man, the expressions of many people couldn't help but change, for this man was the head of the Frederick family and the former Emperor of the Holy Kelidos Empire, Cassius Frederick.

"Cassius Frederick, your Frederick family harbors ill intentions, and the evidence is conclusive. Now, on behalf of the Radiant Light Church, I announce that you are to be eliminated."

On the side of the Radiant Light Church, a figure with a transcendent aura stepped forward into the void and spoke these words in a measured tone.

This man wore a red robe embroidered with a blazing sun pattern. He had a stern face and cold eyes, and his entire being exuded a terrifying aura that made others afraid to look directly at him.

He was none other than the leader of this mission for the Radiant Light Church, Charles Miller!

He was a Cardinal.

Within the Radiant Light Church, the ranks for male clergy from lowest to highest were Acolyte, Father, Deacon, Priest, High Priest, Bishop, Archbishop, Cardinal, and Pope.
